Finance Recruiter

Responsibilities:

About the role:
This is a fast paced, competitive role, without the need to do new business development. You will work with already active clients from IT, Finance and BPO/SSC sectors. Your main focus will be delivering the best quality recruitment services to both our client and candidates. Additionally, you'll receive (very competitive on Polish recruitment market) commission for the placements that you make. 


Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage client and candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards, working against KPIs and targets
• Ensure efficient and high-quality communication with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
• Draft job descriptions, prepare adverts and post them on social media platforms
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook and alternative sources such as Stack Overflow, GitHub and industry conferences
• Select CVs, conduct pre-screenings, interviews and schedule meetings
• Prepare candidates for interviews and assist them throughout the entire recruitment process
• Provide feedback to candidates and build long-term relationships with them
• Build and manage a large candidate pool
• Effectively use marketing materials and social media to attract candidates

Requirements:

Required:
• Has at least two years of experience in end-to-end implementation of finace recruitment projects in a recruitment agency (must)
• Working proficiency in Polish and English (oral and verbal contact)
• Excellent communication skills
• Has experience working within a targeted sales environment
• High attention to detail, finance literacy and the ability to track and record performance
• A positive mind-set with a solution driven approach
